- Deliver exceptional customer service including providing product knowledge to our customers
- Provide mentorship, coaching and feedback to teams
- Work as part of a team to achieve goals
- Balance serving our customers with other tasks in the store
- Maintain a world class environment in the store
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role in a retail, sporting, volunteering, or coaching environment
- Able to lift at least 25lbs and be comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and using ladders
- High school education, or current enrollment in high school
- Previous retail experience is an asset
- Ability to think critically and work independently or as a member of the team
- A passion for the community in which you live, and/or experience volunteering would be an asset
