Successful candidates will receive the opportunity to earn uncapped income through in-home sales of Home Improvement Products. As a Home Improvement Pro you will be responsible for pre-booking appointments with customers at a retail location and visiting their respect properties to showcase our amazing product to the homeowner. All in-home appointments are scheduled in-store with our retail services partner. Home Improvement Pro’s split time 50/50 in-store and in-field. Responsibilities:Schedule leads with prospective clients at one of our partnered retail locations (SGRS works with a major home improvement retailer to generate leads) Make scheduled in-home visits to pre-qualified, interested leads.Educate customers on products and services, while providing recommendations and home solutionsMeet and exceed sales quotas and objectives.Conducting follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base.Participate in ongoing training for product knowledge and skill development, including mandatory daily sales meetings.Contribute to a dynamic sales team environment, constantly driving continuous improvement in programs, practices and procedures.Responsible for fulfillment of all required paperwork and pre-sales administration in compliance with company policies. Qualifications:1-5 years experience in sales (preferred)Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills.Strong oral business communication skills, in English.Professional experience in determining customer needs and presenting solutions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations.Ability to work and act independently using good judgement when assessing difficult situations.An intense hunger for results supported by a demonstrated track record of revenue attainment.Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.A high sense of self-awareness with the ability to adapt and connect with new prospects in their environment.Basic knowledge on how to use smartphones and tablets.Interested in a long-term opportunity for growth and beginning a new career path within an exciting new role.Driver’s License, and access to personal vehicle or reliable transportation.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and professional mannerisms.
