New – Permanent – Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager – Remote within Canada

Our awesome multinational client is currently seeking a strong blended Scrum Master / Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be working on a variety of development initiatives alongside an Agile team.

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, coordinate and track technical initiatives from inception through to deployment
• Work as a blended Project Manager / Scrum Master on multiple teams and projects
• etc.

Qualifications
Scrum Master Experience:
• Integrate Agile principles
• Coach teams on SAFe best practices and methodologies
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, etc.

Project Manager Experience:
• Develop project plans
• Work with a variety of stakeholders and teams
• manage scope, constraints, key objectives and deliverables, resource requirements, status, risk, etc.
