Sales/Customer Service Member Needed! (Semi-Truck Industry)


At Shift Products we believe that drivers should have trucks they are proud of, so we build products that look good and last for the long haul.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team in a fun, relaxed yet productive environment.

Duties included but not limited to:
– Working closely with dealers and customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products and recommend the correct part fitment for their truck.
-Create contact lists from existing information and follow up with current customers to continue building relationships.
-Curating sales with our current dealers to ensure they are stocked with Shift Products parts at all times.
– Receiving email and telephone inquiries for quotes and pricing; responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
– Create sales orders and invoices in QuickBooks
-Fulfill and ship orders as required. Includes readying product for shipping as needed to ensure consistent lead times are met.
-Attention to detail is paramount to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Must have legal Driver’s License
-Knowledge of semi-truck applications particularly Kenworth and Peterbilt
-Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in the area of telephone conversations
-Must be able to navigate well on a PC computer and the Internet. Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and QuickBooks is an asset.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills are required with an aptitude for detail.
-Posses or has the ability to acquire valid Forklift License and operate this piece of equipment safely and efficiently.
-Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. as there is a physical aspect to this position.
-Must have own transportation. No bus route to this location.
