Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager for a reputable organization in the heart of Winnipeg.
This position could start as soon as possible for the right fit.

Do you have a CPA designation? Do you have previous regulatory affairs and compliance experience? Are you familiar with audits and have previous experience in public practice?
Are you a self-motivated professional who has outstanding problem-solving abilities and great communication skills? Are you diplomatic and like working with people?

Responsibilities
– Monitor and review compliance reports
– Responding to inquiries
– Assist with special projects
– Liaise with colleagues and members
– Support the approval of programs and eligibility assessments
– Other duties as outlined

Qualifications
– CPA designation is required
– Previous experience in audits, private practice as well as regulatory affairs and compliance required
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
– Great leadership skills (flexibility and adaptiveness)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills
