Receptionist/ Office Manager


Must have experience with the following,
• Enter receipts, by download, email or manually
• Upload receipts to RB
• Publish receipts/invoices into QB
• Must be experienced in QuickBooks online
• Link t-sheets to QB
• Run payroll hours report (bi-weekly)
• Must have knowledge in T Sheets
• Apprenticeship Manitoba (Access Manitoba), complete apprenticeship paperwork/documents
• Must be able to display competence with Excel and Word. Including altering and designing, creating spreads sheets with ability to create calculating cells.
• Manage the employee benefit plan in full
• Set up new employees, enter benefit information and changes.
• Assist in safety emails and safety audits including emails
