Job description
We are currently over 10 Production/Assembly Associates for Full-Time/Permanent position. This Production Assembly Associate positions, covered by the Union, is a key function in the assembly and manufacturing plant.

The right individual will install, assemble, and test an assortment of components within the company set Takt time. Throughout all aspects of this role, you will promote a safe working environment and comply with all HS&E regulations including following all Plant and Plant Safety rules.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install, assemble, and test various coach components while promoting a safe working environment.
Responsible for using various hand, air and power tools including but not limited to drills, impact guns, grinders, sanders, and torque wrenches
Responsible for following all work instructions and reading blueprints where applicable
Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Read and understand work instructions, interpret blueprints or drawings, previous manufacturing experience considered an asset.
Must be able to safely use various hand, air, and power tools
Strong understanding of shop floor safety.
Ability to lift 50lbs
Great attitude, good work ethics, and excellent attendance
Ability to bend, stoop, and move body in different directions
Manual dexterity, must be physically fit
Must be fully vaccinated
Start immediately
WAGE: $18.66 to start, $22.51 after six months

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM)
Flexibility is required: possibility of Shift work

Salary: $18.66-$22.51 per hour
