• Build and conduct regular communication/socialization/training sessions on processes.
• Understanding of ServiceNow modules
• Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users
• Collaborate with software developers and Process Analysts, stakeholders and specialists .

How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Systems Analyst with our Winnipeg client, you must have:
• Experience in IT Service Management projects.
• Expereince with ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, web software design principals, database architecture, and relational databases.
• Ability to transform highly technical documents into clear, concise written material for a variety of audiences
• Proven experience in institutionalizing target state processes within organizations
