Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Manage and maintain the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) exchange program to existing employees and new hires
• Ensure parts are ordered accurately and delivered in a timely and efficient manner as per supervisors’ and mechanics’ requests
• Reference equipment parts manuals assuring correct parts are acquired
• Shop and research for competitive pricing
• Perform inventory on a regular basis to ensure all stock min/max levels are accurate
• Receiving and shipping of all materials
• Keep records/files up to date including data entry
• Coordinate with outside suppliers regarding acceptable stock levels
• Work effectively as part of the team
• Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness
• All other duties as assigned by management

Hours of Work
• Full time
• Monday to Friday 6:00am – 5:30 pm
• Overtime as required

• Excellent computer skills and an understanding of computerized parts programs
• Previous experience in automotive/heavy truck/equipment parts department, inventory or warehousing considered an asset
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills along with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience working under pressure and setting priorities with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Able to lift up to 40lbs
• Hold a valid class 5 drivers’ license
