RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead a sales team focused on SMB customers in a high velocity B2B selling environmentLead team performance against quotas and ensure sales objectives are met.Be well-versed in your team’s daily and weekly sales processes.Meet or exceed all assigned quotas and targets while forecasting weekly, monthly and quarterly revenues for the assigned account set and overall territoryFull participation in all team activities for enablement, forecasting, partner updates, partner sales efforts and recognition.Create and track sales opportunitiesAddress any customer satisfaction issues and/or requests in a timely manner.Know your numbers and pipeline, and inspire the sales team to improve key metrics.Drive sales cycles to close while establishing relationships and credibility, and provide necessary presales support for prospects & customers.Accept inbound and perform outbound prospecting activities to identify new sales opportunities.Meet and exceed the sales activity metrics.Perform ongoing analysis and report on opportunities that are supportedAct as a liaison between partners, customers, and appropriate team membersPerform other duties and projects, as assigned to support the growth of S&P Data’s businessExecute the role with the utmost professionalism.
