Office reception / inbound call booking


Our business is growing and its time to add a third office position at our downtown Winnipeg location to assist the manager and dispatcher

Job includes:
-Answering incoming phone calls
-Categorizing calls by type (Estimates, service appointments, etc)
-Booking service appointments
-Sending invoices and receipts
-Basic data entry
-General office admin work
