Office Manager – Bilingual Mandarin


We’re looking for a self-starter to work as an Office Manager for a reputable immigration and education firm in South Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will be seeking to start a new chapter in their career!

Being an Office Manager for this company in South Winnipeg, you will be contacting clients within Canada and overseas. To be successful, you’ll need to be self-motivated and an experienced leader!

Salary Range: $36000 to $48000, plus commissions

– Competitive Salary based on experience
– Learn great leadership skills and get to know new people
– Monday to Friday, weekends off
– Daytime shift (9:30 to 5)
– Benefits package after 6 months including health, prescription, eye, and dental
– Small office culture (family culture)
– Business Casual work attire

– Oversee the sales team and making sure KPI’s and revenue targets are met, lead by example!
– Speak with clients and candidates in Winnipeg to ensure quality business practices are met
– Procure office supplies when needed
– Hiring and on-boarding new employees
– Helping with marketing and branding within the city of Winnipeg

– Must be able to read/write/communicate in Mandarin Chinese fluently
– Strong ability to communicate in English
– Strong capability to use Microsoft Office
– Background with CRM usage is an asset
– Sales and office manager experience is an asset
– Comfortable with B2B and B2C calls
