Office Administrator for Winnipeg General Contrator


A forward-thinking Winnipeg-based general contractor, caring for the local commercial and industrial market, is seeking a full time Office Administrator to join us immediately in our busy head office. To fill this role, we are looking for an adaptable and self-motivated individual with knowledge and experience in both reception and general office administration duties.

To care for this multi-faceted role, the successful candidate would also possess:

– strong communication skills, both written and oral – knowledge and experience in use of all Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel – document management and record keeping experience – strong organization skills – valid driver’s license – basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience would also be beneficial – construction industry office experience would be considered an asset.

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package after a 90 day eligibility period.
