Lead Sales Person


Purpose of the Position:
Lead Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service so that the company goals and customer’s satisfaction are met

· Experience in construction, preferably more so in doors & windows
· Professional, reliable, courteous, efficient and organized
· Committed to obtaining quality products consistently
· Positivity and the ability to handle stress in different environments, missions and people
· Strong communication skills & must be a team player
· Punctuality is a must!!! Set precedence with others
· Strong organizational skills

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify leads
· Source and develop client referrals
· Prepare sales action plans and strategies
· Schedule sales activity
· Develop and maintain a customer data base
· Develop and maintain sales & promotional materials
· Make sales calls to new & existing clients
· Negotiate with clients
· Participate in sales events
· Monitor competition, market conditions and product development
· Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
· Follow up on sales activity
· Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
· Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
· Develop sales proposals

This is a commission based position.
