ISO Good cook for meal prep assistance


Hi, I’m a low energy person who’s ready to break the cycle of poor nutrition -> inability to function.

I’d like 5 portions each of 2 (Simple, comforting, healthy) homecooked meals per week.
Saturday’s or sunday morning work best for me.

I’ll handle shopping & cleaning
I’ll need help with Menu/grocery list

Would love to see some examples of your cooking.
