The Position:
We are looking for a full time or part time Property Inspector with excellent communication, a valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle. The starting wage is $15 per hour. Work schedule is 7.5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Start Times are flexible (negotiated), but preferences may be given to those individuals willing to work weekends. Gas (KMs) allowance and cell phone usage compensation provided. Part time employees are also welcome to apply, particularly during spring/summer seasons, with more hours available during peak times of the month. Part time employees, for the most part, can choose set days to work which will rarely change. Pension, benefits and Goodlife membership are included for full time employees. Full time employees are also eligible for an annual bonus, based on employee performance.

The successful applicant will be:
• very personable, responsible, and comfortable working in all areas of Winnipeg.
• Good knowledge of the city is essential, as is the ability to work independently.
• Valid drivers license, no criminal record and having your own vehicle and cell phone are required.
