Little Nana’s is looking for a full time professional Line cook to be the engine in the kitchen. Line Cook chef must follow, executive chef standard and guidelines to achieve consistency. The successful candidate will utilise culinary skills to help and satisfied customer needs.
* Execute high quality design and taste wise
* Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
* Can check supplies of stock inventory appropriately
* Strict at enforcing sanitation regulations and safety standards
* Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements and Experience
* Understanding and following cooking methods, ingredients, equipments and standards.
* Speed and critical thinking in handling emergency situation and providing solution.
* Food handler certification is an asset
* Culinary: 2 years (Preferred)
* Line Cook 3 years (Preferred)
