In this Executive Assistant role, you will be the right hand person to the Executive to bring success to the company. To be successful in this role you will need to be professional and be punctual and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:

– Coordinating the schedule for the executives of the company.
– Engaging in email, phone, and fax correspondence
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail (Drafting, reviewing, and sending)
– Maintenance of client database records
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Qualifications
– At least 2 years experience in an Executive Assistant role
– Organizational and administrative skills required to perform activities in a deadline driven environment, working with constant interruptions.
– Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
– Ability to receive direction from multiple individuals
– Ability to deal with varying personalities of internal and external clients
– Strong attention to detail
