Provide a first call resolution to customers with purchase problems
Support customers with products and app services.
Communicate with customers through inbound calls, emails, and live chat
Data entry – update and process client requests and informaiton on their file
Experience in customer service and problem resolution
Previous call centre experience is an assest
Good computer skills and navigation skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Ability to type 30 words per minute
Excellent home internet hardwired – Wifi is not permitted
