Job Description:We are seeking a Business Administrator / Operations Manager to join our team! You will be expected to perform clerical and administrative functions for the “office” side of what we do as well as organizational, scheduling, and procurement functions for the “shop” side of our operations. No “shop” experience is required. A major focus of the role will be designing, implementing, maintaining and keeping up-to-date the systems and processes required across the operations of; pricing, scheduling, ordering, invoicing, collecting, hiring, and training. As a “modern” company we are excited to leverage software and technology in this realm so experience, aptitude, excitement, and conviction toward digital solutions is paramount to the role. Responsibilities:client, trade and supplier communicationinvoicing and collections (although invoice generation and payroll is done by a third party accountant / bookkeeper)assistant to owner with calendar schedulingordering custom materials hardware and shop consumables (provided by shop manager)spearhead HR initiatives (staff meetings, outings, social events)design and implement systems were identified and neededperform retroactive financial analysis of completed jobsperform all office tasks outside of invoicing and payroll Qualifications:previous experience in office administration – or, a business administration degreeexcellent written and verbal communication skillspositive vibes a must (focused on a work culture that is collaborative, positive, and high energy)​high “emotional intelligence” Job ID: 13373135
