Job Description:Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is looking for Bilingual (French) Patient Care Specialists to join their team on a 1 year contract basis. The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following duties: • Handling inbound calls and inquiries in a call-center environment to deliver high quality and effective customer service • Actively listen to and assist clients with their needs to ensure maximum satisfaction • Work collaboratively with other health care professionals such as physicians, nurses, and clinics to provide end-to-end support for a patient care support program • Input data with accuracy to update customer accounts Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience: • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French • 2 years of call center experience • 2 years of experience within the health care or pharmaceutical industry working directly with patients or physicians • year or more of previous customer service experience • Familiar with MS Office products Must be available to work Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm.
