Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (entry level)

Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Valid class 5 license and a reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities: • Answer all incoming telephone calls • Greet customers, employees and vendors in a friendly, approachable manner • Photocopy, scan and create documents as necessary • Operate postage machine and handle all incoming/outgoing mail • Order office supplies • Take accurate meeting minutes • Data entry and filing • Reconcile accounts (assist finance) • Assist with other duties as necessary

Required Knowledge and Skills • Strong Microsoft skills • Keyboarding speed of 40 words per minute or higher • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure • Highly developed inter-personal skills
