Fluent English Speaking & written – second language is an asset
Friendly and personable communication – phone & email etiquette
Willingness to learn product, pricing and details on own time in order to sell most efficiently
Competent in basic office administration: email, bookings, invoicing, Calendar updates, filing, taking payments. Excel, word, Social Media
Willing to use personal phone for work . Willing to complete other tasks in off season such as projects related to our product, event planning, possible transfers for guests in our company Van etc.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable means of transportation. Clean Driver’s abstract.
Maintenance/presence on social media; posts weekly, answering requests/questions etc
Marketing and sales – Tourism Experience an asset
