Job Description:Looking for someone new to join our fun, energetic team! Home Billiards is a family-run business serving the lower mainland for over 35 years. We are looking for a full-time employee Monday to Friday 9-5. The job will be primarily sales and customer services focused, however; tasks will vary across multiple departments. Our goal is to have the best customer experience in the industry. Duties include but not limited to: – Helping customers in our physical retail store, over the phone, and online. – Promote and sell products across a wide range of product lines – Respond to a variety of email requests. – Enter orders from online and wholesale customers. – Handle booking of service work. – Invoice accounts and follow-up for payments. – Help process shipping paperwork – Help receive and merchandise inventory – Help keep store stocked and clean. We are willing to train the right candidate. Previous knowledge in the industry is not required. A friendly, energetic go-getter that fits with a diverse team is the ideal candidate. The following skills would be beneficial. – Basic computer knowledge. Including the use of office suites and multiple Google services. – Ability to work independently on some projects and the ability to motivate oneself to get it done. – Ability to learn new skills, new software, and develop ways to contribute more to the company. Again, this is a full-time position. Monday to Friday 9-5. Compensation is negotiable. Base salary + benefits package after probation.The ability for future growth based upon results and motivation.
