We are looking for a Warehouse Receivers with certified forklift experience preferred, in the Aldergrove/Langley area. We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking for a new opportunity in a busy warehouse facility. As a Shipper/Receiver at this location you will be helping machine operators prep and operate machines, so they run smoothly. You will be working closely with a team and will be responsible for loading and unloading pallets and coils. Strapping and packaging shipments. Picking customer orders, Mapping and planning how best fit orders to meet deadlines. Use of overhead crane and quality inspection is part of this role as well. Day Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM with possibility for afternoons
Area: Aldergrove
Wage: $21.00 an hour to start
*Steel Toe Boots needed*

-Inspect equipment prior to using/operating
-Strapping material on production carts with the use of a banding machine
-Assisting of supplying coils to production
-Putting material in storage racks
-Receiving and marking coils
-Mapping and planning loads
-Counting, paperwork, quality control
-Loading ,unloading material onto trucks
-Stacking coils

-Dependable, excellent attendance record
-Heavy lifting up to 50lbs
-Understanding of safety policies and their effects to personnel.
-How to use chop saw and steel binding machines.
-Good communication skills with production personnel, order desk, customers, couriers and truck drivers
-Picking orders and strapping for properly safe loading, ensure strapping is tight so lifts don’t shift or fold.
-WHMIS Training
-Willing and open to learning new things
-You are located in British Columbia
