What Is Our Design Coordinator? … As a design coordinator, your job duties are to lead your team. Determine project requirements and oversee those procedures are followed. You must be comfortable working with efficiency to meet timelines and review progress as the job unfolds. One will be mainly to consult and advise clearly with Project Manager. To help lead company’s visual communications through projects from the idea stage through the final presentation. Other duties will and not be limited to: helping with project management and daily office tasks.

Examples of projects our team is currently working on:

· 5 story steel and concrete parkade building.

· 3 story industrial heavy equipment maintenance building.

· 2 story steel warehouse structure.

· Aircraft hangars

· Custom residential building.

Applicant must be proficient with the following programs:

· AutoCAD

· Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

Key Points:
Provide operational support to the project team members. Facilitate the flow of information both internally and externally on projects as directed.
Report directly to Project Manager, prepare status reports, assist and resolve work interferences and schedule difficulties. Ability to support project team.
Working knowledge of scheduling and project management.
Demonstrated exceptional organizational, time management and administrative skills.
Work well under pressure in a fast-past environment to ensure deadlines are met.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Positive and forward thinking.
Must be self motivated.
