Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Shift times run 6am – 2pm (8 hours) or 10am – 6pm (8 hours) may end-up working until 7pm (right now they work until 6pm for the later shift)
– they are open 7 days per week
– they get their schedule 1 month in advance and you will work “at least one weekend per month” – either Saturday OR Sunday (not both days)
– Work Monday through Friday and others Tuesday through Saturday – there is a rotation

Salary: Dependent on experience: $22 – $25 per hour

Deliver quality customer service to patients.
Communicate with patients via telephone, email, text messages, and live chat.
Process new/refill prescriptions.
Send refill and transfer requests to doctors and pharmacies.
Collaborate with pharmacy team, including Pharmacist, to maintain customer satisfaction as per the College of Pharmacists regulations.
Understanding of commonly prescribed medications and their uses.

Minimum 1-2 years of pharmacy experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member.
