Job Description:We are seeking an Office Administrator And Bookkeeping to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities:Draft correspondences and other formal documentsPlan and schedule appointments and eventsGreet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsPerform all other office tasksProviding monthly sales reports, inventory reports, and AR reports as necessary from the sales systemProviding monthly bank and credit card statements. We can connect this directly to our accounting system so this is automated – we’ll show you how. You may have to log in occasionally to maintain your connection.Submitting to us all supplier bills and receipts, and other financial documentation that may be useful.Answering our questions in respect of unclear transactions or missing documentation.Approving payroll, GST, PST, WCB, and other filings. We will prepare all of the numbers but will require your approval prior to filing with the appropriate government agency. Qualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skills Job ID: 14320655
