What you’ll be doing:Coordinate and/or perform Installation and Commissioning of new separators and decanters sold to customersProvide technical and maintenance support separators and decantersTravel to Customer Sites to work on Separator & Decanter systemsPerform routine maintenance procedures, emergency service as well as warranty workTest systems and components using electrical, mechanical, digital, and pneumatic controlsInitiate recommendations for improved tools, procedures, and devices for service operations.Build parts lists for Customers, internal and external. What you’ll bring to the table:Red Seal Journeyman Classification – Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)Millwright skills required, welding and machining experience preferred.Ability to properly disassemble, clean, repair and reassemble complex mechanical devices such as gearboxes, pumps and motors.Ability to fabricate simple parts for corrective maintenance.Must supply own hand tools appropriate to the equipment and environment.Minimum of five years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required.
