Fallentimber Meadery is rapidly expanding alcoholic beverage manufacturing company, located North of Calgary, Alberta. We are a vertically integrated company that manufactures and distributes mead, made with honey from our own apiary and other producers in our area. We sell a variety of beverages, but with the launch of our Meadjito in 2017, we have moved into the rapidly growing ready-to-drink cocktail segment of the alcohol market.
We have steadily grown our brand in Alberta over the past 10 years and are now looking for opportunities outside of our home territory. To help us continue and build upon our strengths, we are looking for a candidate with deep experience in sales and marketing who can help lead our sales push into the lower mainland. This is a new territory for us, and as such the focus in the next year will be on adding accounts as quickly as possible.
This is a full-time position for a highly motivated sales representative, based in the lower mainland, with a track record of success selling alcohol. Our sales team works fully remotely and has total autonomy to set their own hours of work. The commission weighted compensation package provides significant upside potential for someone who is looking for an opportunity to open a new market for products with proven track record.

-Prospect and secure product placements with liquor retailers in the lower mainland
-Regular follow up with existing clients to facilitate orders and introduce new products
-Support customers by educating staff about our products
-Drive sell through to end consumers by promoting products in local market
-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints as they arise
-Provide regular sales updates via mobile reporting software and team meetings
-Share successes and challenges with sales reps in other territories
-Minimum 5 years wholesales liquor sales experience in BC
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about the product
-Previous experience in alcohol sales either as agent or retail store manager
-Pre-existing network of potential customers within the industry
-Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
-Tech savvy and analytical with experience with Microsoft software suite
-Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
