Job Description:We are seeking a Junior / Intermediate Level Tech Support Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing technical support over the phone and resolving technical issues related to our Point of Sale software.Responsibilities:Handle incoming tech-support calls and inquiriesTroubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to our Point of Sale SoftwareTrain and educate our clients on the use of our softwareInstall / uninstall / update software modules & drivers under a MS Windows platformDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving support issues that come up ​Qualifications:Previous experience in technical support and customer serviceAbility to break down and solve problemsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorAbility to work with other co-workers and communicate effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10 installation, driver/software updatesExperience with MS Office 2013+ (Excel and Word), manipulating spreadsheets etc.Basic network setup knowledge Job ID: 19385910
