Inside Sales Representative for the Health and Wellness Industr


Our client in Burnaby, BC in the health and wellness industry is looking for an Inside Sales Person to cover for a three month leave with the hopes to hire this individual on permanently. The candidate will be taking care of a warm database, calling out to clients in BC, AB, and SK. This role is ideally in the Burnaby office, but there is an option to work remotely temporarily.


-contract to hire
-flexible hours (office closes at 4)
-7.5 hr work day
-1% commission on net sales (averages out to $900+/mo)

-making touches in the database to warm clients up
-touching base with current clients over the phone
-logging work in the CRM
-working with sales teams
-taking inbound orders
-provide customer service and handle any inquiries or issues

-excellent verbal and written communication
-highest level of customer service
-experience in a call centre or telephone sales is an asset
-organized and time-efficient; schedule and deadline oriented
-proficient in MS Office
-degree from a post secondary institute is an asset
