Responsibilities
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Manage labor relations across different locations
Build policies, programs, and procedures to improve the overall organizational performance
Oversee programs to ensure a diverse, fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace
Create job descriptions, occupational classifications, and pay scales
Be the main point of contact for the employees with the support from the management team
Develop, plan and deliver training programs, and coordinate with internal staff members
Support management by providing advice on what jobs are needed and how employees can be supported
Advise employees about internal policies, pay and benefit programs
Resolving disputes between employees in the workplace
Co-ordinate employee job reviews
Oversee programs and implement actions to support health and safety measures, and put forward changes when necessary
Create and manage employee development plans
Advice on wage/salary levels and other rewards programs
Set the HR roadmap and implement performance management procedures
Manage HR risk to the company

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
3+ of work experience as a Human Resources Representative
Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Tech Savvy
Comfortable using MS office
Availability Monday to Friday between 8 AM -5 PM (this position is not remote)
Ability to interact with employees of varying personalities both on the phone and in-person
Calm and professional disposition due to ever-changing environment/parameters

Driver’s license required or Transportation (your own vehicle) as the job may require commuting from time to time (mileage compensation included)
Strong analytical skills
