Job Description:Varsola Visual is looking for a passionate, driven, detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator/Social Media and Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating engaging content for Varsola Visual’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences. The ideal applicant should be outgoing, creative, self-motivated and organized. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the production of the content for social media accounts (texts, pictures and short videos)Coordinating the production and deployment of emailsCoordinate client meetings, schedules and contractsProviding production assistance for photoshoots.Assist in setting up, coordinating and working local and out of town shootsAttracting new clientele through Social Media outletsAssist with image post production, product uploads and descriptionsFlexible to assist on shoots outside of normal work hoursHelp to develop looks for shoots as neededAdministrative tasks and other projects as neededManages social media communications Requirements:1 years + of experience in a relatable field Marketing or Social Media Marketing Degree PreferredMust have had at least two years experience posting and engaging with others on social media.Knowledge of photography and production equipmentCompletion of post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in photography is an assetExperience with Adobe Photoshop is a plusDigital photography and video editing experience a plus Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachAbility to multi-task and prioritize, as well as ensure a high quality of work completed within an acceptable timeframeHigh attention to detailInterest in ecommerce fashion and trends Job ID: 39792956
