Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Term of employment: Full time Permanent; 35-40 hours per week.
Start day: As soon as possible
Shift(s): Flexible schedule including date, nights, evenings, weekends and holiday.
Wage: $ 17 per hour.

As a Food Service Supervisor, you are proud to serve great tasting food, made with care. You are a team player that arrives to work energized and motivated and you thrive in a fun, fast paced work environment.
Providing functional guidance to Crew Members, including assignment delegation, instruction, and follow-through. May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of management
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Prepare food order summaries according to requests from customers.
Able to resolve issues and customer complaints.
Establish work schedules and procedures
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensure available quantity of stock for the next shift.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
1- 2 years experiences required, including supervisory experience.
Completion of Secondary school is required.
Food Safe Certificate.
Service it right Certificate.
Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
Must be able to take direction and work well with others
Must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
Positive and friendly attitude with good communication skills
Ability to multitask, problem solve, set goals, and meet deadlines.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Organized and able to work under pressure in a very busy environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
