Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar is looking for individuals to join our Kitchen team at all 3 locations. We are currently hiring Line Cooks for Broadway, Convention Centre, and our Gastown location. These positions are hands-on with opportunities for the successful candidates to learn and expand their skill set.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare food for restaurant guests
Cook menu items to spec
Perform inventory checks
Ensure recipe ingredients are checked for quality on a consistent basis
Help develop new menu items
Ensure kitchen is held to the highest health and sanitation standards at all times
Continually look and recommend ways to improve processes, procedures, and reduce coasts
Strong organizational skills
Able to work well in a team environment
Recognize when help is needed and not be afraid to ask for help
Positive and eager to learn
Possess a great attitude
Professionalism in all interactions with guests, staff, and co-workers
Several years experience in a high volume kitchen preferred
