We are a proudly West Coast company, with a vision to create possibilities for people to live longer, healthier, more fun lives.  We are currently in search of a new Executive Assistant. As our new Executive Assistant, your primary goal will be to provide administrative support to our busy President.  By taking ownership of the day-to-day administrative tasks, you will enable the President to focus on achieving the organization’s long-term strategic goals and managing critical business decisions and relationships.  If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week: * Coordinated the daily calendar of the President* Coordinated and managed all aspects of the President’s meetings, travel, and restaurant and other bookings* Screened emails, calls and incoming mail, and any other requests sent to the President, and planned priorities for response* Conducted basic research on the internet on behalf of the President in preparation for meetings or to support projects * Maintained the President’s email system, calendar and filing (binder) system, and contacts* Assisted the President in creating, proofing and distributing documents and materials including presentations, memos and email correspondence, etc. in preparation of senior management and board meetings * Prepared expense reports for the President* Ordered and picked up lunch for President * Supported the Executive Assistant to the Shareholders with projects and tasks as needed You know that being a great assistant is about more than just managing a calendar or screening calls – the best in this role can anticipate others’ needs, act proactively, and will be energized by the opportunity to bring structure and organization to the processes and systems that facilitate success.  Beyond that, the best person for this role will also bring excellent communication and people skills, an outgoing and friendly demeanor, and a practiced sense of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with highly sensitive issues.  Working with Us  We’re a team of outdoors-loving and health-conscious people, who take great pride in the open and inclusive work culture we have built. We offer a casual working environment with amenities including a beautifully-appointed kitchen, rooftop terrace, and end of trip facilities for those of you who love to bike to work or get your workout in before your workday begins.   Qualifications * 5+ years of work experience in a corporate environment * Experience working as an Executive Assistant, directly supporting senior management and/or executives (e.g. Vice President, President, CEO, etc.) and/or an equivalent administrative/research/functional role in a corporate environment* Computer-savvy with intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and internet research * Strong knowledge of PowerPoint combined with experience using PowerPoint to prepare and format attractive and professional presentations * University degree * Valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle would be a plus but is not required  How to Apply  Our online application will give you the option to apply to this role as a complete person – not just a resume.
