Responsibilities & Qualifications: Essential Job Functions: To make connections with our current and future customers through telephone contacts, cold calls, conducting face to face appointments, and on location events. To increase the market awareness of our client’s products and services. Responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with your customers. Customer satisfaction is key! Gain and retain customer referrals through excellent service. To make continuous connections with clients, building relationships and matching our products and services to each customer’s needs. Closing inbound and outbound calls and appointments from self-generated leads. Performing outbound programs to obtain new customers. Manage and grow existing customer accounts in a true service driven manner. Attend specialty events in Mall, Apartment and Store Retail Events. Work well in a strong team driven atmosphere within the branch to service our customers with the utmost professionalism. Listening actively for sales opportunities and customer’s needs, while beingconscientious and attentive to deliver a world class experience for our customers. Strong listening and problem solving skills centered on the domain expertise of quality home service needs for our customers. Pass on your skills and expertise to fellow members. Take on a team leadership role and help train and lead teammates. Requirements: 1-2 years of recent related experience. (sales/customer service/promotions/marketing/leadership roles an asset) Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and a competitive spirit, ability to listen to customer’s needs and proactively offer solutions. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office. High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate good judgment and business acumen.
