Job Description:Title: Deskside Engagement Analyst Job ID: KM59387963 Location: Burnaby, BC Our healthcare client has initiated a project in support of a desktop Win 7 upgrade to various platforms including Win 10, workspace virtualization, SAAS, etc. and are looking for support from an experienced Deskside Engagement Analyst. The goal of the project is to ensure a strong focus on a positive user experience and optimized technical implementation. This is a complex upgrade and transition requiring deliberate planning, engagement, and implementation. Responsibilities:Works with Site Primary Point of Contact/Sponsor and Project Manager / Site Analyst – Deployment to support Site/Department engagement activities including Primary Point of Contact orientations, schedule activities and ensure site readiness.Reviews discovery reports and processes application intake including clarification of additional information for discovered applications i.e. software media, version required, peripherals etc.). Follows up on application intake requests; QAs and ensures readiness for orders.Prepares workstation orders based on identified requirements (refresh and net new); coordinates with Site Primary Point of Contact order verification and sign off Deployment Scheduling and Implementation.Contributes to and attends site status meetings, Pipeline team meetings, licensing and other project related meetings as required.
