This role also includes occasional translation support to proof-read French marketing and documentation material to ensure accuracy and business context.Skills to thrill:* Fluent in English and French (both verbal and written)* 2+ years experience in customer service, financial services, call center, hospitality, retail and/or administration* High level of interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, advise and interact well with internal and external stakeholders* Sound planning, organizational, problem-solving skills and high attention to detail* Excellent computer literacy* Energetic and flexible team playerIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
