Full Time Customer Service Reps will work 40 hours per week over five (5) days with two (2) days off together.
Part Time Customer Service Reps will work 20-24 hours per week. EXTRA HOURS ARE AVAILABLE PERIODICALLY…

We offer either a parking pass for our office or a monthly 1 zone transit pass.
There is a three-month probationary period.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our CSRs are temporarily working remotely from home. Successful candidates will take part in 4 weeks of FULL TIME training Mon-Fri, which will be split between our call centre office and remote training from home.
Cubic Transportation Systems takes employee safety very seriously. When attending training at our call centre, full COVID-19 safety precautions are in effect which include temperature checks, mandatory mask compliance and adequate physical distancing at all times.
All hardware required for remote work will be provided during training (Laptop, monitor and necessary peripheral devices) NOTE* Cubic does not provide workstations or chairs during this temporary period of working from home.
Work from home may not be long term. Successful applicants must be willing to work at our call centre location in Burnaby if required to do so and when deemed by Cubic safe to return to the office.
