We are looking for a Call Centre Manager that can drive change and lead our growing team. As a Call Center Manager you must have:Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skillsExperience leading, developing and measuring an inside sales and customer service teamAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills Qualifications for the Call Centre Manager position include: · Full time availability · Pass criminal record check · 18+ years of age · +5 years of experience in a call center environment · +5 years of experience in a leadership role · Sales experience considered a strong asset · Ability to work both from home remote and in office in Burnaby, BC Your responsibilities as a Call Centre Manager include:Direct and lead a team of 20+ call centre representatives to achieve sales targets and service goalsDrive team culture to align with company and client valuesWork closely with the client to ensure needs are met while providing valuable business insightsRaise brand awareness in a professional manner, delivering outstanding customer serviceDrive team member performance improvements through continuous coaching and re-iterationReview current processes, procedures and support systems and create efficienciesManage team scheduling and work volumesProvide training for new representatives and ongoing training for existing representativesWork cross functionally with other departments and clients through excellent communication Benefits:A competitive salary starting at $60,000 with bonus opportunities based on performanceComprehensive benefits and life insurance, after probation Opportunity for career growth and developmentEngaging company culture with team events and travelFlexible work culture (Work from home and in office) If this sounds like the right partnership for you, then please send us your resume today.
