Job Description:Our company is currently seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper / Admin to join our team! We are a Real Estate and Property Management office near the PNE in East Vancouver. You will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Manager while working part-time as an Administrator. Responsibilities: Follow the Account Manager’s lead in learning the position. Fill in for the Manager when she’s away or sick. Work part time as the Office Admin to give our regular Secretary more time off. Check the accuracy of business transactions Perform data entry and administrative duties. Compute and record numerical data Cloud computing. Answer the phone. Return emails. Schedule appointments. Schedule and record work orders. Liaise with Trades, Contractors, Tenants, Clients & Prospects. Project management. Digital/Social Media & Placing ads. Customer Service. Trouble shooting. Time management. Qualifications. Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented. Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields. Previous experience working in an office. Secretary/Admin experience. Must be familiar with Windows and Google Suite Apps. Strong communication skills are a must. English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin can be beneficial. Small office of 4-5 people. Must be a team player. Easy to get along with and adaptable to the situation. You’d be the Account Manager’s Assistant but cross train with current Office Administrator. Position starts at 3 days a week to begin with. Room to grow in the position, or get licensed as a property manager or Realtor, and grow as big as you please.Company Description:Small family owned Real Estate Company. Established 1969.
