Admin Assistant- Facilities support

Are you a natural at helping set up desk for new hires? Are you the go to person when trouble shooting setting up CPU units and computer screens?

We have an amazing opportunity for a client of ours in DT Vancouver. In this role you will be acting as the facilities administrator assisting with the setting up computers for new hires, preparing their welcome packages and assisting with office responsibilities like filing, reception and ordering supplies.

This role is currently a 4 month position with the potential of becoming permanent.

Advantages
* Compensation- $19-$22 hourly based on experience

Qualifications
* 2+ years of administration experience
* Proven experience setting up computers ( CPU units and Monitors)
* A keen eye for detail
* Proven track record of taking initiative
