Our client in Surrey is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist to join their growing dynamic team. This is a great full time opportunity where you will be assisting with weekly billing, application of daily cash, collections efforts, responding to vendors and processing payroll.
•Daily creation and distribution of customer invoices
•Receipt of payments by wire, EFT, ACH, cash and cheques; deposit cash and cheques to bank
•Monthly customer statement distribution
•Management of customer credit
•Collection of past due invoices and maintenance of collections schedule
•Development and maintenance of SOP for responsibilities
•Bi-weekly process of Canadian and US payroll
•Various accounting projects as assigned
•Manage petty cash and monthly reconciliation
•Issue reminder emails for balances due within 7 days and of balance 10 days overdue
•Reconciliation of Cash To Be Deposited GL accounts
•Maintenance of bank approved customers for payment
•Salary $45-55k + bonus
