Randstad’s client – based in Downtown Vancouver is seeking an AR and Billing Specialist for their growing organization. Reporting to the Billing and AR Manager, the Billing Specialist will be working alongside the AR group and sales team to oversee the high volume billing and receivables for their vendors. This role is 100% office-based and accessible via public transit.

Responsibilities
High volume invoicing for projects
Updating Statement of accounts – soft collections
Revenue recognition and project closeouts
Project billing – in internal and 3rd party systems
Troubleshooting discrepancies and reconciling projects accounts
Qualifications
5+ years high volume AR and Billing
2+ years in project billing, or job costing including WIP, fixed fee billing
Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining or other project-driven industry
Experience with 3rd party billing systems such as ADP open invoice, or Cortex
ERP experience in project-related modules – Viewpoint, Timberline, Dynamics, or SAP
Advanced Excel – pivots, V – look ups, merging reports, conditional formatting
