We are looking to hire one advertising sales executive to join our growing team at Kingsley Media.
Your primary function would be to contact potential advertisers to discuss placement options within Kingsley Media Corp’s line of digital magazines.
The role would be primarily phone based, with a minimum of 100 dials being made each day in the office. Leads are provided and are warm leads generated by our business development team as opposed to cold calling, so each of the potential advertisers is expecting the call.
Our model candidate for the role will have 1-2 years of B2B inside sales experience and be comfortable speaking to manager/director/c level individuals on a daily basis. Your ability to organize and maintain a large funnel of potential advertisers each month, ensuring each is followed up with accordingly will be the largest contributing factor aside from call volume towards sucess in this role. Computer proficiency (ms office, outlook, etc) is a must. Experience utilizing a crm system to track your work progress would be a bonus.
We are offering a base salary of $27,000 alongside an uncapped commission structure which could double, or in the case of high performers, triple the offered base.
