We are seeking a reliable Office Administrator / Receptionist located in North York .


• Answering multiple incoming lines • Required to perform basic clerical duties • Co-ordinate all courier packages, sort all incoming and outgoing mail, emails • Matching/Sorting/Filing of all invoices/receivables and payables and other office documents

Qualifications: • Excellent oral and written communication skills (SPANISH SPEAKING) • Good interpersonal skills • Dependability • Strong organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, and EXCEL • Knowledge of Recruitment is a benefit but not must • Willing to learn and take on responsibilities
