Receptionist/Customer Service

Position Summary:
Communicating with customers are your main responsibilities! Our ideal Receptionist will maintain office operations by assisting with inbound and outbound calls, monitoring technicians’ schedules, responding to emails, booking jobs, and anything else that may need a helping hand. Full-time work!

Primary Responsibilities:
– Answer the phone and book customers’ appointments
– Professionally respond to email inquiries from customers and property managers
– Keep customers informed regarding plumbers’ arrival times
– Follow up with customers
– Work on direct mail campaign

Qualifications:
– Office Experience – General, Mailing, Organizational Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills
– Must be a team player and be willing to adapt to change quickly
– Must have a thirst for change and willingness to drive improvements
– Positive attitude is a must!
– Ability to follow directions and to work without direction
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
