Job Description:Deliverables include, but not limited to:Develop project documentation including charter, integrated project plan, project schedule, status reports, meeting notes and other project artifacts as requiredIssue project change requests (PCRs) as applicable in response to changes in scope, schedule, budget, and release strategy (for multi-release projects)Provide financial forecasts and track actual costs against the approved budgetProvide timely and up-to-date status and other progress reports/presentations to Executives, Sponsor(s), stakeholders, the project team, Project Management Office, and others as required that are clear, concise, transparent, and accurate manner so to eliminate any misunderstandings or cause incorrect decisions to be made Responsibilities: Accountable for on time, on budget, and on scope completion of assigned projects that are compliant with applicable external legislation and internal policies and processes including project governance framework and project management methodology, and provide feedback for continuous improvement as requestedResponsible for managing the resources, scope, budget, schedule, and quality of deliverables of the assigned projectsEstablish and maintain excellent working relationship and effective communication with the Sponsor(s), internal and external stakeholders, vendors and project team membersOrganize and lead project meetingsEnsure effective project change control, including managing IT Requests for Change (RFCs) and deployments to the various environments, is in placeProactively identify and manage risks, and systematically resolve or escalate known issuesAdhere to and promote Ontario Health policies and processes including Privacy, Security, and Record ManagementManage release of the product/project/work package to an operational environment Desired Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of project cost accounting principles and practices, and managing project budgetsSuperior leadership and communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders, clients, and vendorsAcumen to resolve conflicts at all levels with tactWell-developed analytical skills with a keen eye for detailsExpertise in Microsoft suite of products such as Office, Microsoft Project, and Sharepoint, and other productivity tools such as Jira and ConfluenceProgram and Portfolio management knowledge is an assetIT Infrastructure and ITIL experience is an assetKnowledge/expertise of current technology trends is an assetFamiliarity with legislation applicable to healthcare organizations such as PHIPA is an assetExperience with technologies including enterprise container platforms (e.g. OpenShift) and IBM API Connect Gateway, publishing of APIs on gateways, promotion of applications and services through different environments Company Description:Computer Consultants International, Inc.
